Victor was born and raised in Vancouver BC and has 23+ years of electrical industry and lighting experience. After 12 years at a local manufacturing representative agency, representing various commodities, as well as focusing on lighting, Victor moved on to become Fixture Area Manager for GE Lighting. Through 11 years, Victor’s roles progressed to Area Manager for GE Current, a Daintree company; and most recent to Western Area Manager for Current Lighting. Victor is excited to be a Principal of AM Pacific and to focus on our shared successes with our Manufacturers, our own team, distributor and contractor partners.

Paul Cleary’s 25+ year career in the electrical industry started at a young age working for a commercial/residential contractor in Northern Ontario. After moving to BC he shifted his focus into sales & the technical support side of the business. He has spent time with a major distributor & then quickly gravitated to the lighting controls sales channel early on supporting the design & installation of systems. Spending a decade in the lighting controls industry as both a regional BC & Western/Central Canada manufacturer rep, Paul is excited in this next phase of his career as a Principal with AM Pacific Agency supporting his partners in distribution, consulting & contracting with not only lighting controls but complete lighting solutions.
In his spare time Paul enjoys the outdoors, exploring BC & spending his time with family.

Todd is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the lighting industry. He began his career in the 1990s working in fabrication and assembly, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience. After earning his degree from Simon Fraser University, Todd transitioned to a lighting agency role before being recruited into a lighting manufacturer. His move to the USA saw him excel as an OEM Manager, later returning to Canada as the VP of Sales for Canada. Todd’s career trajectory continued with leadership positions, including roles as Regional Sales Manager for Western Canada and the USA. Additionally, he worked as a technical sales consultant for lighting manufacturers.
Todd’s diverse background and his wealth of industry knowledge, paired with his ability to understand both the technical and sales sides of lighting makes him an excellent addition to the AMP team.
