January 7, 2013 - On December 21, UL officially notified us (Pentair/Tyco) that our system 1850 MI cable would be re-classified as a UL/ULc fire rated cable. Our FHIT (UL on line fire resistive directory is now called FHIT - System 1850).

This listing comes after an exhaustive testing procedure to confirm that MI cables do not exhibit the failure characteristics that we discovered with cable and conduit systems.
